Adriana Van Oostveen

Adriana is the senior manager for the In the Know and Guardian Network programs, with 15 years of experience in the non-profit and social service sectors. She is dedicated to supporting the mental well-being of the agricultural community through education, awareness and connection. Raised on her family’s dairy farm in Oxford County, Adriana has lifelong ties to agriculture and remains actively involved through family, friends and volunteer work with 4-H. She holds fond memories of growing up on the farm – spending summers in the creek, riding wagons to pasture and building forts and mazes in the mow – experiences that shaped her appreciation for curiousity, creativity and community. Adriana now resides with her family in the rural community of Tweed in Eastern Ontario and is currently working toward her Social Service Worker diploma, further strengthening her commitment to rural and ag communities.
