AgWO Team Member speaking during a meeting

Practical tools. Real conversations. Support that fits your life.

Agriculture Wellness Ontario (AgWO) workshops are designed to meet people where they are — on the farm, in the field, at the kitchen table. Whether you’re looking to boost your own well-being or better support others, our workshops offer approachable, farm-focused education on mental health.

Led by trained facilitators who understand the realities of life in agriculture, these sessions help build knowledge, reduce stigma and create space for meaningful conversations in your community.
